SPEAKERS

Chad Smith
Is a partner with the Demand Driven Institute and is cofounder and managing partner of Constraints Management Group LLC. He has been at the forefront of developing and articulating the blueprint for planning and execution in the 21st century. He is the coauthor of Orlicky’s Material Requirements Planning, Third edition, and Demand Driven Performance – Using Smart Metrics.

He is a frequent consultant to large multinationals and supply chain companies. He is an internationally recognized expert in the Theory of Constraints and is a contributing author for The Theory of Constraints Handbook.

John Marson
is a partner with the Demand Driven Institute Asia Pacific and a director of Involvation Asia Pacific.  After holding senior management positions with multi-nationals such as Mars and Unilever, he was an associate director in consulting firms Price Waterhouse Coopers and KPMG. He works with a wide range of manufacturing and service organizations, from organizational culture to all aspects of supply chain management. He has been involved with APICS for many years, and is currently on the committee for Instructor Development. He lives in Vietnam, and is the only APICS Master Instructor for CPIM, CSCP and Instructor training in the Asia Pacific region. He is a certified trainer for the Certified Demand Driven Planner (CDDP) Program.
